Best Western is one of the largest independent hotel chains in the UK, forming part of a group that owns and manages 4,000 hotels in over 80 countries worldwide.
Having exhibited for years, Best Western understood that making an impact often involved significant investment. However, their team were frustrated at having to dispose of their stand each time they exhibited, especially after spending valuable time and money getting the design just right.
With three distinctive brands aimed at different markets and a schedule that included a minimum of six exhibitions a year, Best Western needed a comprehensive solution that would reduce costs and provide much-needed flexibility. Like any Best Western Hotel, the stand design needed to be warm and welcoming but practical as well.
Strong, durable and flexible, the ISOframe Custom Exhibition Stand system provided a perfect solution for Best Western’s need for multiple configurations.
We designed three distinctive frameworks for each of the three brands using one ISOframe Custom Exhibition Stand system, modifying each structure to the exact dimensions required by the different brands and venues.
Our design team faithfully recreated the Best Western experience across the exhibition stands; as well as enjoying comfort and warm hospitality, visitors to the stand could also charge devices and connect to WiFi. All this helped to create opportunities for conversations to build relationships and generate leads.
Practical features were incorporated seamlessly into the stand design and without compromising the experience for visitors. These included secure walk-in storage and integrated electrics and multiple media screens.
Reusable and reconfigurable, the ISOframe Custom Exhibition Stands delivered the savings Best Western were hoping to achieve. With stands that could be adapted to multiple exhibitions, Best Western have been able to reduce exhibition costs by 50%.
